Our process is simple. First, call us at 1-855-202-2012. One of our trained counselors will gather all the information we need to ensure that we can find the perfect match for the potential resident. This process usually takes a little over thirty minutes.
Following the initial interview, we will spend the next forty-eight hours assisting you in identifying up to four facilities that meet your basic requirements. Our initial analysis will be based on publicly available data, including but not limited to CMS ratings, regulatory surveys, litigation history, and customer satisfaction data. If at that point you are interested in our services, you may visit our documents tab and review our standard contract form, which specifies in detail what services we provide and what the cost of those services will be.
Once these facilities are identified and agreed to in our very short, simple and “real English” contract, we contact each facility selected and will then arrange to send our Resident Specialist (the same Specialist for each facility—each client deals with only one Specialist during the process) into each facility over the next 7 business days. Our Resident Specialist will spend the better part of the day conducting interviews using highly customized, copyrighted interview outlines for each category of staff from the Administrator down to the maintenance person (see "Founder’s Story" for his explanation of why we would do this) and everyone in between, with specific focus on care staff including the third shift.

Once a facility is selected, our service continues through the first year. We work with the resident and the facility to coordinate the move-in, and to monitor the resident’s experience semi-monthly for the first year. During that year we update our initial assessment of the facility twice, providing the client with an updated Final Report if necessary.
